This is a strange little community left to decays. According to a recent census there are still 8 people living here. The community fell on hard times after the US government took over a wide area to built a dam to prevent flooding. The dam project was abandoned, but the people could not get their land back. I hear there are even ghost stories of hauntings in the area.
